Vielen Dank Munster!

A week has flown by and whenever I hear church bells or see a gaggle of laughing bike riders I will immediately return to memories of Munster! Memories of new friends, excellent hosts, and of a welcome made warm by our host families and by the Rotary Club of Munster-Ruschhaus, and by our Rotary guides, Gregor Bothe and Christian Schucking. We have all enjoyed our time with our hosts, experiencing daily life in Germany, sharing ideas and information, and making new friends, whom we hope will visit us whenever they come to B.C. or Washington. I especially appreciate the welcome I received by the von Lojewski family as they were gracious hosts even though they were overwhelmed with family and work responsibilities. On behalf of my GSE Team, Vielen Dank!

Hello Marie, it appears as if you have had a great first week, despite the horrendous begining to the trip. I saw Bert last evening at the Wine Tasting event, that was also a huge success. Enjoy the rest of the trip.
